1. Data controller
The data controller is Cristian Baglini, creator and operator of the Paradise of Warriors project. For personal data enquiries: info@paradiseofwarriors.com. No Data Protection Officer (DPO) has been appointed.
2. The project and the data we process
Paradise of Warriors promotes music and fictional digital artists. Eluna, Kaelr and Erik Wolf are characters created by Cristian Baglini; the music is produced using artificial intelligence tools and draws inspiration from an epic Norse and Viking fantasy world.
When you visit the website, the server processes technical data needed to deliver and protect its pages, including your IP address, the date and time of the request, the requested resource, and information about your browser and device. Logs are managed by the hosting service under the applicable plan and terms.
The website does not offer public accounts, comments, newsletters or contact forms. If you write to the email address provided, we process the information included in your message to respond to and handle your enquiry.
3. Website statistics with Google Analytics 4
We plan to use Google Analytics 4 to measure website visits, pages viewed, traffic sources, essential interactions, and general browser and device information for statistical purposes. We do not intend to use Analytics for personalised advertising, commercial profiling, Google Signals or user identifiers.
Analytics is not yet active in the local installation: no measurement ID has been entered and no visits are sent to Google Analytics. On the public domain, the service will only be activated after account configuration and separate consent to the “Statistics” category. If you reject this category, the Analytics tag and cookies will not be loaded. Before activation, retention of user-level event data in the GA4 property will be set to 2 months.
Google states that, for users in the European Economic Area, IP addresses are not logged or stored; they are used temporarily to determine an approximate location and then discarded. Using Google Analytics may involve processing by Google companies and data transfers under the terms and safeguards applicable to the service. 4. Cookies and YouTube content
Necessary technical cookies support the website’s operation and store your preferences. YouTube thumbnails and the player are third-party content: the website loads them only after consent to the “Marketing” category and, for the player, after you click Play. If you reject or withdraw consent, embedded videos remain blocked; you can still open YouTube using the external link.
Links to Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, YouTube Music and social media profiles are external links. Simply loading a page does not embed these services; when you open them, the external provider processes data under its own privacy policy.
5. Virtual assistant, affiliate links and products
An AI-based assistance bot is planned but is not currently available. Before it is introduced, we will identify the provider, the data transmitted, the purposes of processing, retention periods and any transfers; the interface will inform you that you are interacting with an automated system.
The website currently does not use affiliate links or sell print-on-demand products. If these activities are introduced, commercial links will be clearly identified, and information about the seller, orders, payments, delivery and returns will be published before purchases are accepted.
6. Purposes and legal bases
- Website delivery and security: technical necessity and the controller’s legitimate interest in keeping the service available and secure.
- Responding to emails: handling the data subject’s enquiry and the legitimate interest in providing a response.
- Google Analytics 4 statistics and embedded YouTube content: consent, given separately in the cookie settings panel and withdrawable at any time.
7. Recipients and service providers
The website is intended to be hosted by Register.it. To provide hosting, Register.it may process technical data on behalf of the website operator under the purchased service and the relevant data processing agreement; for domain registration, it may independently process customer data needed to manage the contractual relationship. The actual plan, applicable agreement and log settings will be checked before launch.
Google (Analytics 4, only when activated with consent) and YouTube (only after consent and a request to load the player) may receive data needed for their respective services. Music and social media providers receive data when you follow their links. We do not sell personal data.
8. Retention
Technical data and logs are retained under the terms of the Register.it service actually purchased; the retention period depends on the hosting plan and configuration. Emails are retained for as long as necessary to resolve the enquiry and handle any obligations or disputes. If Analytics is activated, user-level event data retention will be set to 2 months; aggregated reports are subject to Google’s settings and terms. Cookie preferences are stored for the period shown in the consent panel.
9. Your rights
Where provided for under the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing and, where applicable, request data portability. You can withdraw consent to non-essential cookies at any time through the Cookie settings link in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. To exercise your rights, write to info@paradiseofwarriors.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority.
10. Updates
This policy will be updated whenever our services or processing activities change. Before activating Google Analytics, the bot, affiliate links or sales, we will configure the relevant tools and update the information published here.
